Study: Lactobacillus Plantarum Mediated Tryptophan Metabolism to Alleviate Tropomyosin-induced Food Allergy Through the Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor
show Abstracthide Abstract
Recently, food allergy (FA) has become increasingly prevalent, affecting daily life and possibly endangering lives. Probiotics ameliorate FA by modulating immune-microbial interactions. However, the effective metabolites and mechanism of alleviating FA in Lactobacillus Plantarum (L. Plantarum) remain to be elucidated.
